Problem with Cart/Checkout Page

Hi, in my online shop I installed the woocommerce plugin “Points & rewards” which is used to collect points for every purchase. The problem is that I don’t see the space where the customer can use these points. Asking the woocommerce support they tell me this: “The only other thing I notice, is that your theme is overridinig the standard WooCommerce Cart and Checkout pages. It’s possible this is preventing the messages from displaying. If you find that the problem is coming from your theme, I recommend contacting your theme developer.”
Can you help me? For me it is important that in the cart and checkout page the message with the box where you can apply the points that customers have is shown.

You are currently using custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which are part of the WoodMart WooCommerce Builder. It looks like the required hook to display the points and rewards message is not included in your custom layout.
To resolve this, try to disable the custom layout for cart and checkout pages or try using the Hook widget in your custom layout to display the plugin content. If you’re unsure which hook to use, you can test them one by one or contact the plugin developer to confirm the correct hook name.
