The cart keeps permanently the products added to it and it does not empty even if I delete them. The products are temporarily deleted and after a short time reappear

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and check how it will work with default WooCommerce theme – Storefront?

Do you mean that it happens with other themes too? In this case, the problem is not related to our theme but comes with some of the plugins installed or with WooCommerce itself.

In most cases, such issues happen because of some caching or optimization plugins installed. Try to disable them and check how it will work.
