problem with chekout button

The chekout button and card button redirect me to home page ..

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

If you see the same on the Storefront, make sure you have all the functional pages, and the Woocommerce has been correctly configured.

i did it . It have all the pages . The problem is in libra have 2 cart pages and 2 checount pages . The pages that woocommerce install redirect to the homepage . However the other 2 pages are the correct pages i can’t link them to the buttons

As per the screens your Woocommerce pages are in draft status, you need to publish them and have one shopping cart and one checkout page.

Please follow these steps and check again.

if i publish this page they works for 30 sec and after the same problem redirect to home page.

No, please install and activate the Storefront theme and check the issue. You can do it in Dashboard > Themes. As soon as you check, then activate Woodmart theme. If the site is configured correctly you site view would be back as soon as WoodMart is activated, if something is not correct, you will be able to restore the site from the backup.

Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

Plz fix the problem because is the theme problem I haven’t modified nothing I have setup only the theme nothing else and the problem was when I buy it I have spend money and time for this project and this problem destroyed me don’t tell me I have modified the file I didn’t nothing at the theme I am not developer I am designer and I can’t modify the files plz fix this problem !!!!!

If you thinking I have modified the theme delete everything and setup the theme the problem will not fix I have did it when I buy it is bug plz fix it I am not a developer !

i reinstalled but nothing . i sended report to woocommerce as well i can’t understand what happens. if i create 2 card page and 2 checkout page. The pages that are not links with woocommerce wracking however when i link them doesn’t works.

Please export all the content by means of Tools > Export/import. Check the file and make sure it is not damaged and downloadable.

Then export the Theme Settings > Export / Import.

If you have any text widgets, save them in a separate file and give the title which one.

Give me the net worpress installation admin access (you provided the host) and advise which builder you use. I will install and you will then upload the content, settings and widtets. Export the header as well.
