[email protected]ParticipantHi!
I followed all the instructions to create a variable product with COLOR SWATCHES but the swatches are not shown on the page.. why?
I select the color on every swatch, created the variations, selected the Color grid on theme options, fill the gallery for each variation…
https://sweetserver.es/zubi/producto/camisa-de-algodon-jane-blanca/
This product has 3 color variations and 3 sizes, but they are not shown.Thank you!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have visited the URL you provided. It seems that the product you sent me the URL is set to out of stock that’s why the swatches and the add to cart button is not visible on it.
Please make sure that you have set it to in stock clear cache and check back.
This will surely fix the issue.
Best Regards.

[email protected]ParticipantThank you!
It works! Two more questions:
1. how can I eliminate the units number that appears below the colors?
https://sweetserver.es/zubi/producto/camisa-de-algodon-jane-blanca/2. In your shop example, color swatches appear on the shop above the product name. I activated the match grid on the theme options, but In my shop the swatches are not shown. How can I show them?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You are Welcome!!.
I have visited the URL you provided.
1) To hide the quantity of stock numbers you need to go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products >> Inventory.
Screenshot for Clarification: https://ibb.co/wLjnbQq
2) To enable swatches to display on the product grids you need to enable them from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Swatches.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
There is an issue with your attributes. I have just added the new test product on your site and it is showing the color swatches fine on the shop page. Please check the shop page here with the Test Product.
https://sweetserver.es/zubi/tienda/See the screenshot for clarification: http://prnt.sc/rrl9v6
Please read assign the color attributes to the products and then check the site.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have found that your WPML plugins are not updated. Please update all the plugins to the latest version then check the site. I am sure your issue will be solved. Some of the colors are not showing in the swatches and some of them are showing fine on the shop and category page as I have added in the test product.
If still the issue exists then please contact the WPML support, they will guide you properly about this issue and give you the solution.
Best Regards.

[email protected]ParticipantHi! I updated the WPML plugins but the problem still there.
I changed the name of the test product you created, and it is this one now:
https://sweetserver.es/zubi/producto/kimono-chio-azul/I duplicated to create new ones and see if the error still there, and it continues..
¿What different thing you do when you create the test? Why is the only one that shows the color swatches on the shop and category page.
https://sweetserver.es/zubi/categoria-producto/ropa/Please help me find the solution.
Thank you!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Actually, there is an issue with the color attributes. You can see that in this product: https://sweetserver.es/zubi/producto/kimono-chio-azul/ on the single product page all the 8 colors are showing fine but on the shop and category page the some of the colors are not showing in the swatches https://sweetserver.es/zubi/categoria-producto/ropa/ showing only 6 colors out of 8 colors which are showing on the single product page.
I think there is an issue with color attributes not with the theme or may be the WPML settings issue, that is why I have asked you to contact the WPML support to solve this issue in my last reply. Or you can try to add the new colors and delete these old colors which are not showing in the swatches.
Best Regards.

[email protected]ParticipantHi!
The problem is finally solve!
For your interest, the solution has been clicking the Stock management and adding units for each variation. One more question:
If I have a variable product with 3 colors (cardigan blue, red, white) and 3 sizes.
In the shop page you can see only one time this variable product (with variations inside). Is is possible to show it 3 times at the home? One for each color – but when you access to each product page it still being the same one with same references.
So at home you can see the blue cardigan picture, the red one and the white one, but they are created as a variable product.
is this posible?Thank you!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry this is not possible. There is no such feature but you can try or ask the Woocommerce support about this, they will guide you properly. I think without the customization it is not possible.
Best Regards.
