adnan969ParticipantMy product catalog is showing 25 products in a category but when I list the catalog there are less than 25 products. My developer is saying that its due to theme setting issue. Can you confirm or deny this?
Kindly let me know what additional information is require to solve this problemAttachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

adnan969ParticipantMy developer says she has checked it and suggests you look for yourself. She wants me to provide you credentials so you can check. SHould I do this?

Artem TemosKeymasterDo you mean that it works well with other themes? Could you please send us a screenshot so we can check it?
Thank you in advance.

adnan969ParticipantI am not sure what you are suggesting? We should take down our live running version of woodmart on our website and replace it with another theme to check if this issue is there or not?

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards

adnan969ParticipantSeem like you are asking us to do a lot to diagnose a small bug. I thought 6 months support would cover this issue?
October 31, 2019 at 1:11 pm #153860
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, of course. But we are asking about a very simple step is to verify if the issue you are talking about is related to our theme. Our support includes all the problems caused by our theme. Since we didn’t get any similar reports before, we need to understand is it our theme issue or not first.

adnan969ParticipantI am being told by my developed that its a theme issue and that since I bought the theme for her to install I should ask you to fix it. She may be making an excuse, I accept the possibility, but still it seems unrealistic to ask her to clone the entire site and try it again. I also dont have so much space in my hosting. Can you at least assist/advise me what could be the other causes of this situation.
November 1, 2019 at 10:25 am #154075
Artem TemosKeymasterSo how have you concluded it is a theme issue if you didn’t test with other themes? We didn’t get any similar reports yet so we can hardly advise you. We suggest you test with other themes first and then try to disable all external plugins. Otherwise, it is not possible to troubleshoot any problem without these steps.
November 1, 2019 at 10:26 am #154076
adnan969ParticipantShe concluded it was a theme issue since the previous theme we used didnt have the problem.
November 1, 2019 at 10:31 am #154077
Artem TemosKeymasterAnyway, you need to perform these steps and there is no other things we can do for you to understand what is this problem caused by.
