Problem with CPU Usage

After I have added WPML to my website, it started crashing all the time and I’m running into 500 errors. The CPU Usage goes through the roof when I enter the WP admin dashboard. I have WP Rocket and Redis cache. I have removed WP cron jobs. Please help me out. Perhaps there is a conflict with some plugin or the theme but i cannot find out which. I have tried removing all plugins and activating them one by one, but it starts lagging after I add the WPML plugin. Is there a know compatibility issues?
Both the theme and the plugin are updated to the latest version

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
