Problem with currency sympol – disappeared after updating

Hello,
We have problem after updating theme to 5.2
The currency symbol disappeared in the product page.

We use 4 currencies using WPML. 3 products have custom prices, and in these products a currency symbol disappeared.

Could you help us?

Hello,

Please save the Theme Setting, update files in CSS generator if you used them and clear your cache.

If it does not help, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

I’ve tried update css generator, but the css generator link doesnt work (see attachement)
I checked cash plugin and other, but the problem still exist.
In attachment thera are 2 files. Please see them. Thank you.

If you cannot keep the site without plugins, please confirm the permit to do it on our own for the while of checking what may take 15 minutes max.

Hello, Thank you. I’ve located plugin that makes problem.
It is “Product Options for WooCommerce” when i turn off it a curiency symbol comes back.
But this plugin is very important. Before updating theme it works well.
Can you help us?

I’ve read in suport of plugin “Product Options for WooCommerce”
“Also it uses JavaScript to change product price so it is very dependent on theme’s HTML
If this plugin cannot find and update the price on the frontend product view page when you select a product option you should adjust the line:
this.priceDiv = $(‘#product-‘+ this.productId +’ .summary .woocommerce-Price-amount’);
in the file:
wp-content/plugins/product-options-for-woocommerce/view/frontend/web/product/main.js”

This problem does not relate to our theme, as you see our theme is not the reason. Please contact the plugin support and get them very detailed instructions on what code to add and in what file. It seems they know the problem and they have a ready solution. You can add it on your own or we will help thought it is beyond our support.
