Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to create all the font files formats https://phoenixcareuk.co.uk/wp-admin as described in our manual https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/upload-custom-fonts/
You will find the font converter theme, upload your font file and you will get all the rest http://www.freefontconverter.com/

matte.marParticipantHi Elise,
I’ve already done that, I’ve provided you my admin login details to the website, you can see the font is uploaded and works on the desktop. My question is, why doesn’t work on the mobile devices?
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You have not uploaded all the font formats https://prnt.sc/pp6j4e
You need to take font in ttf format, convert and create all the other font formats and upload them into Media Library, then upload to the Theme Settings. Please read and follow the instruction step by step https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/upload-custom-fonts/
Best Regards

matte.marParticipantHi there, thanks for replying. The website online font converter doesn’t allow me to convert the files. I select the file from the folder but doesn’t show in the website showing the error ” the file doesn’t exist”.
Btw, I found other websites online which do the same thing but unfortunately, wordpress doesn’t allow me to upload the font files, showing thi error: “Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.”
Do you know how can I fix this and upload the font files in the theme? Thanks

matte.marParticipantNo need to reply, just found a solution.
1. Install plugin “Mime type” to allow uploading custom files in wordpress.
2. Set the plugin for the font formats required from basel theme:woff = font/woff
ttf = font/ttf
woff2 = font/woff2
eot = font/eot3. Save and wordpress now will allow to upload the above formats.
