Problem with Disabled Swatch Style

“Disabled Swatch Style” is not working in one of my products. Due to the variation which I have added, there is an issue in pagination.

There is total 3 pagination, if I keep 2 pagination then it is working properly, if I add more than 2 pagination then “Disabled swatch style” stops working.
