Problem with discount codes notification tab in checkout

Hello i have problem (bug) with notification tab with discount codes in checkout how to get it back like it was few days ago?

so the thing is when i go to checkout there is a a notification sign and a box in add a discount code area, which shouldn’t be. can you please check it /checkout/ what i need to disable it?

but i have some discount codes currently running for sale season, i need this filed, but just it needs to be normal like every other checkout from theme.

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
