Problem with filters

    Hey! For some reason i have problem with filters on my category shop page.. I was trying to set up my filters, i cleanup them on “widgets” and tryed to add new. Now i have problem with layout..How to recover normal vertical layout?

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience, we haven’t faced such an issue yet at our Test Site.

    Could you please once take complete Backup of your Site first and then share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check these concerns on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    I figured out what was the problem and fixed it. But now i have another bug – filters not working at all. And i dont understand why

    Already did “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” , clear cache, still not work…

    Your issue is now resolved.

    Actually, under your Custom Archive layout made under the Dashboard > Layouts > you had added Products (grid or carousel) element, instead of Products Archive > which is why the Sidebar filters weren’t working on them. So, we have now added the Products Archive element under the layout and now the Filters work fine on your Site.

    Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.
