Problem with filters

Hello, in the past few weeks i have been experiencing a weird problem with filters on my woodmart theme.
I added all product filters in the widget area (for example i added price, color, color 2, color 3, dimensions etc.)

But sometimes does not display any, sometimes displays only one or two.

However when it displays they are not accurate/not working.
For example price is always 0-12,000 however there are picings going to 200,000.

If i am on certain page let say floor lampsl – and i click black – it redirects me to pendant lights (black) but also when it opens it displays only few not all BLACK models in the PENDANT light category.

This is very frustrating for me which i have tried sloving like 10 times but no luck.

Thanks for reaching to us.

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

No problem you can deactivate anything.

1. The issues regarding Price filter and add to cart, could you check with the default theme, because this is a WooCommerce functionality.

Maybe it is causing some issues with caching or something?

If the issue still persists with the default theme. It means that it is not our theme issue. Please contact the author support in this regard they will guide you better.

Actually, tried switching themes – that worked (the price filter from the other theme + wordpress filter) worked on the procuts.

I tried adding wordpress filter (non woodmart) and it did not work on the woodmart theme.

I attach screenshots.

Also one more thing i noticed when i switched themes.

The back end and the frond speed were dramatically different – on woodmart sometimes it loads up to 60 seconds in the back end for a simple product price change – however when i switched to any other theme it was smooth & fast like butter.

There is a HUGE issue i assume in the back end causing my website to load slow + not load filters + other sutff.

I need your help ASAP

We have tested this issue with all third-party plugins disabled and found that saving the product takes 2 seconds https://monosnap.com/file/Grqao8qP3uJhByCOBZfdbgc65tyQ0e, compared to the 60 seconds you mentioned.

We have tested how our Woodmart WooCommerce Layered Nav filters work in comparison with the default Filter Products by Attribute widget, and we can confirm that it behaves identically to our widget https://monosnap.com/file/FTNHeZ5xaTHz2hkKjZ0SKTARHLN4ZW.
