Problem with German Translation

Hello Woodmart-Team

First of all – the perfect Woocommerce theme !!! Thanks.
I have a problem that some small parts are not in German. With locotranslate it shows the translation correct but in frontend some parts are still english.

Pleas can u help me with that?
We should go online this week – would be kind if you could take a look.

Please provide me with some relevant screenshots of the specific areas which you are unable to translate to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

The texts you mentioned in the screenshots are theme text and to translate them you need to Go to Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart.

Then you need to click the sync button first then find the strings and translate.

If the translations still do not work then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Thank you for your helping hand. I need to have the Page in “German formal” (DE_de_formal).
So i deleted the language-file in locotranslate again and set it up new:

Ad new
German formal
sync

but the only strings are theme names.

Please help me – we need to go online in two days.

PS: Is there already a version around in “German formal” ?

Your issue has been resolved. Now the translations are working absolutely fine.

Please deactivate cache plugin clear browser cache and check back.

We still have a huge problem with translations. The page should run on GERAN FORMAL – but there is no such file provided for you theme.
So I changed the parts in German to formal – but anytime I do an update – all changes are reset.
