Problem with grid/carousel and categories

    Hello, how are you? I am trying to use the product grid/carousel, but it doesn’t find any category. I have already tried deactivating all plugins to see if any are interfering. Could you help with this situation?

    Please update the theme to the latest 7.6 version and check how it works there.

    Hello, thank you for responding. As we’ve mentioned before, we reverted to a previous version to check if it was working. But as you requested, we updated, and nothing changed.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    Hello,

    The issue was in the “0” attribute that had the “0” slug that was wrong. I have changed it to this https://take.ms/pJcaL and it started to work well – https://take.ms/HDalzZ
