Problem with HTML BLOCK and link

On the screen in the BANK WIEDZY menu there are two menus
1. O ZŁOCIE
2. RYZYKO

Number 1, if you click on the 2nd or 3rd link, you can see it the first time, but after the second or third time, the # sign appears at the end of the link and the page cannot be opened.

Number 2 is exactly the same, but it works. Each time you enter one of the menus, the page opens.

On my side, the “O ZŁOCIE” menu works well and it opens each link, please check the below video.

Please try to clear the website/browser cache on your side and recheck the issue. Or let me know if I missed something.
