Problem with import and menus

If a theme import fails due to ajax errors. If you try to import again trying to get to 100% theme import. The menus keep stacking up. Is there something that can be done about the import theme timeouts?

Try to remove all the previously imported content before running a new import. By doing this, you will avoid this duplicated menu items problem.

Just pointing out a bug usually it takes me 5-6 times to fully import a theme. Not sure if it’s a time-out error but the menus get duplicated
It is caused by a low timeout limit on your server. You need to increase it by a few times to make sure that the import can be completed from the first run.

Which time limit needs to be increased is it php or Apache? Because they won’t let me increase that
We don’t know exactly but your server should be able to process PHP requests with a timeout of more than 180 or 300 seconds to complete this.
