Problem with installing the theme

I’m facing an issue while importing the Marketplace2 prebuilt website demo. The import process consistently stops at 15% (Step 5 of the setup wizard) and displays an error message (please see the attached screenshot).
Here’s what I’ve already tried to resolve the issue:
-> Tested on two different hosting environments: Namecheap and KonsoleH.
-> Contacted both hosting providers to increase the PHP timeout and execution limits — both confirmed these are now set high enough (above 1200 seconds).
-> Also tried importing the demo locally on XAMPP, where I manually increased the PHP configuration to:
max_execution_time = 6000
max_input_time = 6000
memory_limit = 1024M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_input_vars = 5000
-> Unfortunately, the same issue persists — the import stops at the same point every time.
Could you please check and guide me on how to complete the full import of the Marketplace2 demo?
It seems to fail only during the final step of the import wizard.
