problem with LOCO translate

I want my wordpress admin language will be English and other translate languages any other but its did do that

when I try to translate BUY NOW button to bangla language its requited change to WordPress whole langues to Bangle ( my Loaca language ) but I want WordPress dashboard will be English

You don’t need to create exactly the Bangle language in the Loco Translate. So if you have the English as a WP language then create the English language in the Loco Translate and make translations on the Bangle language inside.

one more question – before I knew loco translate I use PHP code to change add to cart code or other method

so if I use loco translate does it not affect speed issues and it’s more good than using PHP code

It should not affect the speed of the website. It loads one, maybe two small PHP files at most, and makes no queries to the database.
