Problem with mini cart & wpml

Hello, I have two language in my website ( I used wpml plugin for that ), and the mini cart in header is stuck in only one language, for example if I change language to arabic the cart stays in english unless I add a product in the cart then it change to arabic. But if switch it back to english, it stays in arabic, unless I add a product in english to it.

The wpml is set properly and works without any problems, the translation is 100% done

Please check the issue on Storefront theme to understand if our theme causes the problem. Please navigate to WooCommerce > Extensions > Install and activate free Storefront theme.

Please contact WPMl plugin support, if you have the same problem on the Storefront it means the theme does not influence.
Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, excepting wpml, and activate them one by one, checking the issue, perhaps there is a plugin conflict.
