Problem with Mobile bottom navbar

Good morning, I’m having trouble viewing the menu that appears on mobile (the one that remains at the bottom). I deactivated the main header, because I don’t need it, but I would like to activate the one that remains at the bottom only from mobile. I activated everything, inserted the links with the icons, but it doesn’t show it to me, in fact I only see it if I restrict the web page from the computer and it appears, but nothing on mobile devices, what can I do? Please make sure that Maintenance Mode is turned off under the Theme Settings > Maintenance.
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details i will check and give you a possible solution.
