Problem with Mobile header menu (html blocks menu)

We are facing an issue with the mobile header menu on the website. The HTML block takes too long to load, causing the menu to be unclickable. What could be the reason?

1. I have checked the mobile menu, and I don’t see an HTML block included—only submenu items are present.
If you’re experiencing any issues, please record a short video demonstrating the problem so I can better understand and assist you effectively.

2. Please deactivate all the plugins except these:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem. Also switch to the parent theme and check the issue.
