In the mobile menu, when I click on any part of the category (not just the right corner), its sub-menus will open.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

After that, check the issue again, if the issue still persists, please provide access to the admin dashboard and confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
