Problem with NEW label

    Hello,

    I have an woodmart with elementor site. I have an archive page with the filter “Products with NEW label”. It was working fine but now it simply does not show any product.

    The page is this one https://greenkiss-concept.com/new-products/

    I’ve checked and all the products still have the “NEW” label on, as you can see in the images.

    Also, in elementor, all the other filters such as “featured products”, “best sellers”, etc. work fine, except for the “produtos with new label”.

    That makes me think that there is a theme conflict or something. Can you check it out?

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    I took a look at test webiste, you are using outdated theme version, please update WoodMart and WooMart Core plugin to the latest version and check again.

    I kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Then, you should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    I have already updated the theme and did the one by one plugin activation, but I couldn’t fix the issue in any point.

    Also, the option to define products as NEW does not work in some products:

    It works in most of them but not in the product “Notebook” for example. Can you check it?

    Hi webdevandre,

    There was no wrong. This reason is caused by the Automatic “New” label period option https://monosnap.com/file/dgIztS8xgdFhFJA3V8iWPf9k9fYqdt, which has priority over the option in the product settings.

    Therefore, in order for the Permanent “New” label option in the Product Setting to work, you need to set 0 in the Automatic “New” label period option in Theme Settings.

    Hello,

    I have already set it to 0, but I still can’t update the product “Notebook” in order to remove the NEW label. When i turn it off in product settings, I click in the UPDATE button but nothing happens. You can test try to remove the “NEW” label on this product so you can see what I’m saying.

    Hello,

    Well, the notebook product is fixed. But other products are having problems:

    We can’t turn this products as NEW:
    – BIRDIE WOOL COAT WITH POCKETS
    – LONG OVERSIZE CROSSOVER COAT IN WOOL
    – SHORT OCEAN WOOL COAT WITH POCKETS

    And just like the product Notebook, we can’t remove the NEW label in this product:
    – AMAZONIA FLARED TROUSERS

    I would like you to tell me what you did when you fixed it please!
