Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I think, you are using image heights are not same. I kindly recommend you preparing images with titles you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid.
For the Product Archive page, please navigate to Theme Settings > Product archives -> Products styles, here you can enable Even product grid for desktop option to align products if they have different height components.
You can enable it for specific devices as well https://prnt.sc/ASt5z0mmasuz
Please refer to article for more details https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/
Best Regards.

yorgosParticipantDear Support Team,
Thank you for your response and guidance regarding the issue. However, I must express my disappointment with the proposed solution, as I do not find it suitable for the needs of a store that has been operating successfully for six years.
Specifically:
Automatic image adjustment: Until the last theme update, image adjustments to a common aspect ratio were performed automatically, regardless of the size or dimensions of the uploaded photos. The fact that this functionality is no longer available suggests a change in the theme’s code or settings.
The suggestion to use Photoshop: While I understand your intent to offer a workaround, this suggestion is not realistic for a store managing thousands of products. Manually editing every image is simply not feasible.
The issue arose after the update: The store’s functionality relied on a system that worked seamlessly for six years. The fact that this change occurred after the latest update indicates that the problem originates from the theme itself and is not a result of any actions on my part.
I kindly ask you to examine this issue more thoroughly and provide a solution that resolves the root cause. I believe that, through collaboration, we can restore the previous functionality without requiring the use of external tools or time-consuming processes.
Please let me know the next steps and if you need any additional information from my side.
Best regards,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please try to delete this product and add it to the site again. I think the issue is only with one product, other products are showing fine with the image sizes.
lease check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then let me know so I will check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards
