Problem with popup display in custom product layout

Hi!

I use a custom product layout since the last update. This is great, but the popups (opened by link button) and video lightbox don’t show up in the window / view, you need to scroll down and this is intimidating. It seems they are displayed on the center page, not in the center of the window.

The strange thing is that sometimes they are displayed ok, especially after a page refresh, for some products are ok on desktop but not on mobile or viceversa, they show up in the center of the screen today but not tomorrow. Very strange.

What is to do?
