Problem with popup modal WPbakery

Hi
We have a problem with displaying something in the modal popup that is included in your themes Wpbakery elemtents.

When we are logged in as admin and viewing the site and klick the button for the module the content is showing, When we log out adn view the page and click the button the popup doesnt show the content anymore.

Please clear browser cache, cache from cache plugins, deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems and double check https://prnt.sc/K7mUUm3ntsxD

It works when we deactivate LiteSpeed cache plugin. Is there any setting we can do to skip some specific caching for the popup element?

I have asked the plugin not to cahce the actual link: https://onsalasol.involve.me/produktrekommendation

Maybe some query strings?

Glad to hear you identified the plugin caused the problem.

You can try to disable options related to JS and double check.

Is there no specific string that we can exclude so we dont have to skip all?

We have certian JS excluded, is there anything there I can put in regards your popup?
