    Since I updated the plugin I can’t work with my pos plugin, I try to access one of my stores and it stays like the image, I need a quick solution because I am losing money.

    The old version of the theme is not compatible with latest versions of the plugins. You can use an older version of the theme for testing purposes.

    Can you please share the small video for reproducing the issue on your site. Also provide the permission to complete testing this plugin with our theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Can you try between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. in Spain? When the issue arises, the POS in all the stores fail and we lose a lot of money.

    Hello,

    First please update the theme to the latest Woodmart 7.3.2 version and update all the theme plugins as well.

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the FTP login details of your site.

    Your issue has been resolved. Go to Theme Settings > Performance > JS > Disable the option Remove jQuery Migrate
