Problem with Product Categories Widget

We have the following problem:
At the eshop sidebar area we have a Product categories widget. The categories though are not Nested although we have enabled this setting.

See private area for details.

We have disabled plugins cleared cache all those steps etch are done so we need you to investigate.

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not because the product categories widget is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
