    Hi!

I have a product grid on my home page (set to 4 columns, displaying 8 products per page).
On the default website (EN) it shows everything correctly, 2 rows of 4 products each.
On the translated pages (using WPML) I’m getting some errors. Instead of 8 products it shows a random number of them (sometimes 7, others 6, sometimes even 4 and completely hides the bottom row), and creates empty white gaps. The products still appear, but only on the next page.

    Pictures attached for clarification

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

You need to translate all the products, categories, attributes: https://gyazo.com/3b5b27f741eb3ef758ffaf46c96e9fec

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer.

From your video I would expect the PT version to be OK (since it has all the products translated), but this is not the case, it is actually where we see more problems.

Does this mean that if we skip a single translation we will start getting these errors?
Shouldn’t the grid simply “skip” those untranslated products and still show other available 8 products, instead of leaving empty spaces and creating these irregular layouts?

    Best regards

Hi have translated all products (categories and attributes), cleared caching plugins, but the problem remains..

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

It should not and it does not. This element works in the same way as Post Grid of WP bakery page builder works, and it would show the products incorrectly if the post are not properly translated. This issue relates rather to WP bakery and WPML as WoodMart elements ara based on the default WP bakery functionality.

    Best Regards
