Problem With Product Page Sidebar Not Displaying Widgets Correctly

It means that scripts are not loaded and most of the functionality will not work. Try to reinstall our theme to be sure that you have uploaded all the files.

The automatic update function is a part of WordPress core functionality and it should upload all files without any problems.
Try to delete the theme completely and upload a new one.
And you didn’t send us your admin access so we didn’t touch anything in your dashboard.

(1) After each release we test the autoupdate function and it always works correctly. We didn’t get any other reports from users regarding our 2.7 update.
(2) The problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. You need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/
(3) Anyway, we didn’t touch your dashboard and didn’t create any posts.
