Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

i have a serious problem with the xtemos widget grid products. We already finish the webstore, and somehow we lost the option of insert specific categories, brands, tags of the products. Some pages lost the products and other pages have the right category, but if we go to the toolbar of the element or, we cannot choose different IDs, categories…etc

I don’t know if the problem its from elementor or the Woodmart template.

I have the same problem.
It is a conflict with elementro pro.
Disabling Elementor Pro fixes it.

But I would like to be able to use Elementor Pro.
Does support have a solution?
