VriskowebsitesParticipantHi,
I am facing the following problem with the search form. When I start typing the sku of a product, in the preview (AJAX search) the product appears normally, but when I press enter from my keyboard to go to the search results page it says “No results”.
I have enabled the feature Show single variation from the theme options. I don’t know if this is causing this particular problem. Thanks in advance!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
This is due to the fact that our Ajax search can search by SKU, but the default search cannot do that. So the Ajax search option works only with our theme.
I’d be happy to assist if you have any other questions or concerns.
Kind Regards

VriskowebsitesParticipantI did not understand what you mean by this answer.
Since ajax search works and can search by SKU with your theme what is the problem with my woodmart installation? Why am I having problem with your ?I have already send you credentials to log in and see the settings I have set.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The Ajax search (https://take.ms/Ep2hS) and the default search (https://take.ms/yXPgc) are different functionalities, the first one comes from our theme and has the possibility to search by SKU, the second one by default doesn’t have functionality for searching by SKU because it comes from WordPress. Therefore when you press enter from keyboard to go to the search results page it says “No results” because it results from the default search that comes from WordPress and it doesn’t have an appropriate functionality for showing products by SKU.
Kind Regards

VriskowebsitesParticipantWhat is the way to avoid using the default search and with enter to provide a page with the results of the ajax search from your own theme?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
Hope you can understand our limitations.Kind Regards.
