    I develop the problem further, when I try to search using the head search engine or the product search engine, I enter three letters for example brom… and the products appear but if I press enter the list does not appear, as shown in the images.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    I have already updated the plugin and the theme but the problem persists, I don’t understand why they forced me to update the plugin if they are all compatible with the version, I thought they were sure that if I did it it would be solved
