Problem with siticky header

Hello,
I’m having a strange issue with the sticky header. This issue started happening recently, it was working fine before.

The issue is that the sticky header is not sticking. The weird thing is that when I am logged in as an admin (that is, that I see the WP admin bar at the top) it works as intended.

I’ve double checked all the settings, and it should be working as intended. I can only assume that a plugin or some sort of caching is causing this problem. but I’m finding it.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
