    Hi dirk.haas,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    You are using image heights are not same. I kindly recommend you preparing images with titles you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid.

    For the Product Archive page, please navigate to Theme Settings > Product archives -> Products styles, here you can enable Even product grid for desktop option to align products if they have different height components.

    You can enable it for specific devices as well https://prnt.sc/ASt5z0mmasuz

    Please refer to article for more details https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/

    Hi Hung,
    thank you for responding.
    All products are imported over .csv file into the Shop. Every Picture for each product is a link from the internet. So the pictures cannot modified in photoshop or somewhere else, because after a new upload every change would be lost.
    It should be possible to scale the pictures automatically in the right size to fit into the defined tablesize for each prewiev of product-pictures. Most Woocommerce themes have solutions for this problem. Otherwise each product-picture must be rescaled to fit into the prewiev window .
    Can you please check for a coding (for exampel in css).
    Thank you in advance

    Hi dirk.haas,

    Our theme doesn’t control product images size. It is controlled by WooCommerce plugin. You can configure it in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images. And then regenerate all thumbnails through the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    Thank you very much for this plugin. I tried out the plugin without any success. After regenerated whole series of pictures nothing changed at the size of the pics.
    At least i checked the size of one product wich was oversized in the preview still i begun to upload articles in the Shop. Also after resizing manually to a size to 100×200 px, the prewiev zooms the picture is still in a overstretching format. Now this picture is unsharp , nothing more happend.
    See this link to understand what i mean:
    https://tauchindustrie.de/produkt/scubapro-gear-marker/
    There is something wrong, because this step i tried at the beginning also with photoshop also without any success.

    Hi dirk.haas,

    Please add the following Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .single-product .woocommerce-product-gallery img {
        width: auto;
    }

    Hello an thank you for the css.
    I tried out and it works for this stretched picture only on the single product site. The Preview with new products also the shoppage where all products are listet you can see that each product picture has different sizings. It shows horrible and not well structured.

    Hi dirk.haas,

    Thanks for your patience.

    I am very sorry that you faced inconvenience using our theme. I did all I could from our side. At this moment we don’t have more options to do with Product Images.
