Problem with sticky module

Hi, I don’t understand why the sticky scroll module is hiding and even if I try to change the margin via the google console it doesn’t make me any changes.
Where am I wrong?

The block is hidden under the Sticky header, it is the way it works.

Please disable the sticky header and check the blocks.

Hi, but I don’t want to disable the sticky menu, I would like the sticky module to take into account the sticky menu as well, not that it is covered by it. I tried to “play” with the margin in the google console but without success, maybe something wrong
