Perhaps access to two people at once is prohibited?I made a special administrator account for you, please check.
Plus about the filter. Part of the problem was identified.
But I also encountered the fact that periodically, after an indefinite time, goods disappear from the filters.
The only thing that revives them is (Regenerate the product attribute overview table)-
