Problem with team members

Hello,
I’m having a problem with the team members section. On desktops it works just fine, but on mobile, some (not all) members with a somewhat longer description or name make the next member jump to the next line – or at least that’s what’s causing it from what I can tell. I managed to find a workaround either through css or js for all of my problems with the theme, not this one however. I’ve tried changing the team-member und subsequent elements’ margins/border/paddings too, but that doesn’t solve the problem either. Any idea?

I can provide custom CSS, which would make the text block of the equal hight on mobile. The disadvantage is the there would be empty spaces. Please provide the page URL with the problem. We shall try.
