Problem with the checkout form

Hello! Today my checkout tab has the billing address before the delivery address.

How can I change this? In other words, I would like it to first have the delivery address and then the billing address with the checkbox: “Billing address same as delivery address”?

Checkout is the Woocommerce template and functionality. Our theme does not have any option or influence.

Please try this plugin:
