First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I have watched the video you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, active parent theme.

Then Go to WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS.

Clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have fixed the CSS issue on your website and tested the menu not saving items. It seems that you are using too many menu items that is why its not saving the new menu item. Please ask your hosting providers to increase the value of Php max input vars to minimum 5000.

This will surely fix the issue.

Please Go to the Edit page and edit the row and set the row to stretch according to your requirements.
