This is how the WP-Bakery Rows work by default. If you want to make the content of just one row full width then you need to use the stretch row option.

The image element size couldn’t be stretched without enabling this option. As the layout is set to boxed.

The image width is 1100px and should be at least 1200px. Try to reupload the image. If it doesn’t help, please, send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong there.

3. Вчера я улучшил тарифный план на хостинге Теперь у меня доступно 1024 Мб оператиной памяти.

We haven’t added anything there without your permission. Maybe it was given to change the category’s title color to white somewhere else. Anyway, the code is not correct in your case since it changes the color globally.
