    Hi, I have a number of problems with the website checkout.
    First of all, I have the option of filling in duplicate details if someone wants to send their shipment to another place, I don’t need it and want to cancel it completely.
    In addition, it is not possible to go to the payment page, it loads a lot without success.
    And also when you add a certain product to the cart, it always automatically adds two more products each time without being asked

    Could you please check how the plugin works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Navigate to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options section > you’ll find the ‘Shipping destination’ setting, there you can select Default to customer billing address and the Ship to different address will not appear as already checked that you mentioned: https://snipboard.io/MvdgHQ.jpg

    Also, Try to disable the custom layout for the Checkout and see if it works. You can do this in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts.

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    I have seen the issue on your site. The issue persists when you log out the website. Turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your site cache/server cache, and check if the problem persists.
