Because the thankyou page is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

It is not our theme issue. In the previous reply you have checked with the default theme and the issue persists with the default theme (404 error). It means it is not a theme issue.

Please contact the woocommerce community in this regard. They will guide you better because this functionality comes from WooCommerce.
