Problem with theme header “sticky effect” settings

Hello, I have a problem with the website header, I configured it to continue displaying the header
when scrolling up “sticky effect”, but the configuration is not working, so when I add a product it starts to work, I made the right configuration, but unfortunately the function does not work. I sent a link to the video with the problem so you can better understand how it happens.

You should clear all browser cache, deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
