Problem with turning on the “ order by random ” feature

I want to show random products. but “products (grid or carousel)” is not included.

does not appear in the “product source” section.
but the default “woocommerce product” is also available.

How can we activate this feature in the woodmart product?

Hello,
Unfortunately, our element doesn’t support such kind of products order. It conflicts with two major functions: full page cache and pagination. That is why we didn’t add such kind of order to our element. We don’t suggest you to use this anyway since it may harm your performance (if you will not use cache) and will not work with Load more and other kinds of pagination.
