Problem with update

    Hi,

    We have purchased the appropriate number of licenses, but the website seems to be unrelated to updates.
    I also don’t see it in the attached licenses and we can’t update it because of that.
    Patcher does’nt work.

    Second problem – elementor does’nt work.

    As for the licenses, could you please clarify your question so we can better understand what is wrong? Provide us with some screenshots so we can better understand what is wrong.

    you missed the main problem – it is impossible to make updates or new patches. We have version 8.2.7 and can’t update.

    If you get any errors, please send us a screenshot so we can understand what is wrong.

    1. I’ve given you access to the admin panel and described the problem – TEMPLATE UPDATE NOT WORKING. Is there anything in this sentence that’s unclear?

    2. The second problem is that we have a plugin that should display the option to select the parcel locker the customer is choosing from a map after clicking. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work – we have our own shopping cart page template – could this be the cause?

    1. But it looks like you didn’t follow the instructions provided. Could you please send us screenshots from each step so we can see on which point it doesn’t work as expected?

    2. Could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Were you so lazy that you didn’t even check in the Panel that the update tab and license tab are not working – I described this in post no. 1. Could you please stop wasting my time and go to the panel and see?

    As we can see, the License page works correctly and the theme is not activated yet. The problem is that you disabled that page completely in Theme Settings -> White label. Please check the screenshot https://gyazo.com/8f9e833a015f62b9318ec2d27d8655d7
