Problem with video mp4 on product site

And click start video in gallery. The video cuts out after a while. It is not liquid.

It is not a matter of connection speed or computer power. I have a fast connection and a powerful computer. Can something be done about it, any update from you?

The thing is that you have a heavy video and a poor server as a result you have such an issue. If you open the video in the new browser tab, you will see the same. Also, you can enable the default theme, define that video somewhere on the page by using the default elements from your page builder, as a result, there will be the same issue so it’s not something caused by the theme.
