Problem with view-order link

Hi, sometimes when I click on an already existing order in my order list, it re-directs to a broken template page (see attached). The rest of the website works fine.
I’ve tried emptying cache / de-activating plug-ins / theme and using basic storefront, and sometimes the issue is fixed and sometimes it re-directs. I’ve also tried to re-install the theme from scratch, but it still re-directs.
Am I missing something? We are still in development / demo mode so any orders created are just for testing.

Hello,
In your screenshot you are not logged in and trying to access some specific order in URL. So that might be the reason of broken page.
Could you please check the same issue by activating some other standard theme like “twenty-nineteen” so it will be clear that this is the theme issue or not.
Because on my test site i test multiple pre-existing orders and all of them shown to be perfect.
