Problem with wishlist button in product list widget and cache

I’ve encountered a problem with the wishlist button in product grid on a cacheable page.
It seems that the button is cached.
I’m using the litespeed cache since I’m on a litespeed server.
Please tell me what I should exclude so that the page I can cache at the same it the button is not cached.

The thing is that the “Save button state after adding to the wishlist” option cannot work with the cache plugin at the moment, even excluding appropriate files will not help because at the moment that option works with the help of the PHP. In the future, we will consider implementing that option via JS so it would be possible to exclude it from the cache.
