alexlpParticipantHello!
I have the following problem:
In different languages, the catalog of products in different languages is displayed incorrectly. I have 3 main sections, which include several subsections. The product catalog page periodically collapses the structure of these sections and displays 0 items on the counter. The problem is sometimes solved by clicking on the update of ALL products, which is quite laborious, unfortunately, due to the WPML plugin, group updating of all products in one click is not possible due to the heavy load on the server and the interruption of the process due to a timeout. Sometimes, after updating products in one language, the counter of this section in another language breaks … I tried to demonstrate this on the screencast. I turned off the caching plugin – it does not affect the situation in any way. And I can’t understand why this is happening. Please, help to deal with the problem.-

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to add two equal widgets and select the language just in the widget. https://gyazo.com/edb6f3231d96da73028bd1b0f9baab55
Please make sure you have translated all the categories:
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

alexlpParticipantHello,
Thanks for the answer, but it doesn’t apply to the problem. We initially added category widgets for each language. The problem is not in the widget, but in the fact that for some reason the theme does not correctly count the total number of products in the category and thus does not correctly display the category menu in the widget.
If I manually go into each product and click “Update”, then the problem is solved and everything is displayed correctly in all languages (moreover, this only works if you go into each product in turn, a bulk update does not help), until some product is changed or a new one is added – after that everything breaks again and does not display correctly.June 27, 2022 at 1:33 am #386400

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check the issue. If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards

alexlpParticipantI removed multilingualism from the site, disabled all WPML plugins. But the number of products in one of the categories remained 0 until I updated all the products in this category.
Thus, this is either a bug in the theme, or in the WooCommerce plugin itself.June 29, 2022 at 5:03 am #387045
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
Best Regards
